Stacy V. Pollock, Esq.
Attorney
Stacy formed Pollock Law in 2020 with the goal of having a firm that provides personal attention at a reasonable cost for clients. Stacy advises public and private sector employers and school administrators in a variety of employment matters. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to advising clients on human resources issues with the goal of avoiding litigation.
She represents clients before various government agencies including the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the State Employment Relations Board, the Ohio Industrial Commission, the State Board of Education's Office of Professional Conduct and the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Review Commission. Stacy also advises and represents management in labor contract negotiations, grievance processes and labor arbitration. She serves on the Ohio State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Section Council and is currently serving as the Ohio State Bar Association's Education Law Committee Chair.
Stacy was born in Worthington, Ohio, attended Wittenberg University and Chicago-Kent College of Law. Upon returning to Ohio and passing the bar, she worked for the Ohio Legislative Service Commission and then for three reputable firms defending and advising private entities, public agencies and school administrators. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering on the Board of Trustees for Home for Families, a local non-profit dedicated to ending family homelessness. She also enjoys spending time with her family and practicing martial arts.

Dennis L. Pergram, Esq.
Attorney
Having practiced for over 46 years, Dennis primarily represents school administrators. He frequently speaks in the school law area, having spoken to administrators, and has made presentations to various Chambers of Commerce. He has also been a speaker for the Ohio CLE Institute, speaking to other lawyers, and is a former adjunct instructor for Urbana College.
Dennis has had numerous articles published in the school law area. He also has litigated cases in many state and federal courts and handled appeals to the Supreme Court of Ohio and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
He was born in Tiffin, Ohio, served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1969. He obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from The Defiance College, and in 1976 he received his law degree from the University of Toledo. Dennis is admitted to practice before all courts in Ohio and the United States Supreme Court and has litigated in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio. He has been granted pro hac vice admission, for the purpose of a single case, in federal court in Boston, Chicago, and Orlando, as well as a California state court.

Emma G. Dennis, Esq.
Attorney
As a blind attorney, Emma brings a unique and deeply personal and passionate perspective to her work. Emma advises public and private sector employers and school administrators on a variety of legal matters.
Her experience includes researching public records requests, education laws and policies, drafting demand letters, and assisting with investigations and client interviews. Emma looks forward to developing her practice in labor law.
Emma graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology in May 2021, followed by earning her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in May 2024. After passing the July 2024 Uniform Bar Examination with a score high enough to practice in any UBE jurisdiction, she was admitted to practice law in Ohio in November 2024.

Pepper
Pepper, Emma's guide dog, is a compact black lab from Leader Dogs for the Blind. She is committed to her work, but knows how to relax with some popcorn, treats and her favorite squeaky toy.
Rosie
Rosie is the newest Paw Clerk at Pollock Law. She is a mini bernedoodle who does well at ensuring that the office snacks do not go uneaten and that Ben the cat stays in line.
Benson ("Ben")
Ben is Pollock Law's eldest paw clerk who was rescued from a parking lot in 2013. He regularly assists Stacy by making sure the papers on her desk do not fly away when the window is open. He has been known to occasionally stop in for a "hello" during Zoom conferences.
